We kindly ask that you take time filling out your 2025 summer season’s application fully and accurately. Requests submitted in a format other than this application will not be accepted and you will be directed to the application. Space will not be allocated to you if the request is not received through this application. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the request form is filled out correctly.
Please capture ALL ice requests on one application and all dry floor requests on one application. Multiple applications will be treated as new requests.
