Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued to cancellations that occur within the 2 weeks leading up to the booking date.
Full refunds will only be issued to cancellations due to extreme weather conditions & extenuating circumstances. Full refunds are subject to management approval.
All renters are required to obtain general liability insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 limit.
Lockboxes are on location. An access code will be emailed to the renter the week leading up to the booking once proof of insurance has been provided.
