Any event taking place on or in City of Lethbridge roadways or public land (such as parks) is registered through the City of Lethbridge's Recreation & Culture Department. This is to ensure that events are not planned or booked in conjunction with another event, or during regularly scheduled City of Lethbridge maintenance. Examples of special events are rallies, walks/runs, fundraisers, car shows, block parties, road closures, etc.
