City Hall

Lethbridge City Hall is available for use by Lethbridge volunteer groups, businesses and local citizens to host occasional and special events. The facilities availalable for use include the main foyer and the Culver City Meeting Room.


       

City Hall Foyer

   

User Group Insurance is required when hosting an after-business-hours event in the FoyerAccess to the facility will NOT be granted until proof of insurance is received. Bookings will be cancelled if proof of insurance is not provided. All refund requests are subject to the City Hall Rental Cancellation Policy as outlined in the Terms & Conditions of Use.

Information:

  • Available to book after regular business hours only
    • Weekdays: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
    • Weekends: 8:00am - 10:00pm
  • Accommodates up to 200 people in an informal reception format
  • Set-up & clean up services vary with the set-up requirements. Foyer set-up costs are calculated per event
  • The organizer is required to provide host security personnel, or inquire about employing city services for booking outside of business hours
  • Events that will have any kind of food & drink services will require to book the Culver City Kitchen along with the Foyer
    • 12 cup coffee pot (organizer to supply coffee)
    • 2 mircowaves
    • Fridge/Freezer
    • Plate Warmer
    • Sink

Rates:

Weekday (5:00pm - 10:00pm) $65.75/hr
Weekend (8:00am - 10:00pm) $99.00/hr
Kitchen Access $84.25/booking
AV Equipment Usage $19.50/booking
PA Equipment Usage $12.50/booking

Culver City Meeting Room

   

Regular, simple meeting style bookings in the Culver City Meeting Room do not require liability insurance. If you are unsure of what level of insurance is required for your booking please email leisure@lethbridge.ca or call 403-320-3020.

Information:

  • Available to book from 8:00am –10:00pm daily
  • Accommodates up to 60 people
  • Equipped with TV, projector, screen, and sound system
  • White board markers, pens, paper, etc. are NOT provided
  • Wheelchair Accessible
  • The organizer is responsible for set-up and clean-up. If assistance is required, please inquire at the time of booking
  • Events that will have any kind of food & drink services will require to book the Culver City Kitchen along with the Culver City Meeting Room

Weekday Evening (4:30 - 10:00pm) $65.75/hr

Coffee Service $12.50 per 12 cups
