All facility rentals at City of Lethbridge locations require users to carry comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 limit.
Due to changes in the insurance market, the City of Lethbrigde is no longer to provide event liability insurance coverage for customers renting a City of Lethbridge owned facility.
Access to the facility will not be granted until proof of insurance is provided to the Recreation & Culture Booking Office by emailing it to leisure@lethbridge.ca
All refund requests are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined in the Picnic Shelter Terms & Conditions of Use. If proof of insurance is not provided, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Users have the option of obtaining insurance for their rental through a private insurance broker, or through Instant Risk Coverage.
